Leaksafe are committed to keeping our staff and customers safe at all times.
During the first national lockdown it was not possible for us to visit customer premises to meet prospective clients, survey their properties or install leak detection equipment. The guidelines this time allow us to work in people’s homes so we will be continuing to operate as far as possible as “business as usual” subject of course to customers being happy for us to be there.
There are safeguards that Leaksafe and our sub-contractors are already committed to if we are meeting clients, that are as follows:
These protective measures of course work both ways, so we will respectfully request that customers maintain their distance from engineers or surveyors whilst they are working. If a customer needs to be with our staff at a distance of 2M or less we will ask that they also wear a mask, and of course if they feel unwell prior to an appointment they must inform us so that the appointment can be re-arranged.
Our office-based operations and support staff will continue to work as usual throughout the lockdown period.
